This is your six-week July 13-August 31 challenge. We are looking for goal focused, hard working determined fun loving kickboxing enthusiasts! This challenge compiles upper body, lower body, butt and gut and flexibility. You have unlimited 45 minute workouts. Sunday will be your weekly check in. Included is a full, easy to follow meal plan, help with macro tracking, prizes and DIY assessments. Most of all you will get results! These classes will be the same for all the time spots for each day.
Monday 6am 9:15am 12pm 5:15pm & 7pm KickBoxing and Upper Body Strength
Wednesday 6am 9:15am 12pm 5:15pm 7pm KickBoxing and Lower Body Strength
Friday 6am 9:15am 12pm 5:15pm 6pm KickBoxing and Butt and Gut Training
Saturday 8:30am and Noon KickBoxing and Flexibility Training
These classes will be unlimited with registration and is smartly priced for vacation plans.
Each Fit Kick 45 class is a combination of Get Fit Not Hit –Combo Fit- KickBoxing-Core de Force-Butt and Gut-P90X Inspired Strength Moves and a touch of Beach Body Stretch and Flow because it is all about balance.
