Get Fit Not Hit! A 30 minute action packed Boxing/Kickboxing circuit for men and women.  Fast paced, challenging, and empowering!    Jump into our 11 round workout circuit.  Become less of a "heavyweight" and more of a "lightweight". Get in the best shape of your life.

We have a variety of boxing  programs including our junior boxing, recreational,  competitive boxing,  and ladies boxing programs.

At The Boxing Club, we offer a wide variety of classes, programs, and challenges to fit your life and interest.  A 30 minute On The Ropes circuit, weight room,  Fitness Classes, Recreational and Competitive Boxing.  Our trainers are all certified with Kickboxing Canada, and Boxing Canada.  As well as 2 Boxing Canada Officials.
